Julie’s Perspective on Marietta

“Downtown Marietta is the heart and soul of Cobb County. It has historic charm, a vibrant community, and plenty of modern conveniences. This is such a gorgeous area with tree lined streets and lots of older craftsman homes built in the early 1900's. This area is home to one of Georgia's leading medical centers, Kennestone hospital. Downtown Marietta has upscale dining, boutique shopping, Glover Park, and a huge Saturday farmers market. There is also always something going on in the square.... festivals, art shows, and free concerts.”
